King of the Hill

General KotH rules:

• Players sign up an hour before the event, playlist is created on a first come, first served basis (however, a returning king can jump ahead in the playlist) – if you are unable to be found quickly when your position in the list is reached, the event administrator may pass over you, and allow you to return at their discretion
• winner plays in 1v1 matches until defeated, each win will be recorded
• losers may choose to stay after they are defeated, to be placed at the end of the playlist with a chance to play again, however, new signups (people who haven’t played yet) are given priority in the playlist
• Players with 7 wins in a row receive flair (a RED star) next to their name on r/starcarft subreddit.
• Players with 10 wins in a row receive flair (a BLUE star) next to their name on r/starcarft subreddit.
• Challenger picks the map
• Wins can carry over (as long as a streak is not broken – priority in the playlist will be given to a king from the previous week, allow him to jump in versus the current king, or allow him to go first if he returns and is on time).
• Map Pool is any 1v1 Ladder Map, popular tournament maps, or custom ladder style maps if agreed on by both players
